About Intuitive Performance Psychology

Hi, I’m Anna — licensed therapist, certified intuitive life coach, leadership group facilitator, and former Teacher of the Year.

I'm not here to help you "fix" yourself —
I'm here to help you remember yourself.

Through a blend of spiritual guidance, deep psychological rewiring, compassionate humor, and dynamic empowerment, I’ll teach you how to self-emanate from crisis, reconnect with your core essence, and release the heavy pressure to perform or conform.

Most of all, I invite you — fiercely and enthusiastically — to express your rare and powerful essence freely into the world.

I’ve also created a first-of-its-kind meditative modality called The Masterpiece Method® — a self-healing practice that combines mirror work, guided visualization, solfeggio sound/music therapy, ancient wisdom, modern neuroscience, and creative activation.
It’s a return to your own medicine.

The greater mission behind Intuitive Performance Psychology is this:

To forge a new pathway of influential, soul-led leadership across every industry and generation.

Because no matter how caged you’ve been led to believe you are…

It’s just a story.

One that you had to live until now.

Live it. Heal it. Teach it.

Your heart already holds the key to your freedom — and when you begin to act from it, the rest will organize itself.

Together, we’ll move beyond the maze of your mind to remember who you are, why you’re here, and initiate what only you can create.

No pattern is unbreakable. Nothing you’ve done, accepted, or endured is beyond undoing — especially if you learn to let your soul-self lead.

Truth awaits.

How & Why I Practice What I Preach

When I became a mother, my dedication to self-study and personal empowerment intensified. I strive to embody a driven, free-spirited, and practical approach to life. As the wife of a salt-of-the-earth stone mason. Together, we one day plan to collaborate on meditative, nature-based stone art structures.

Before embarking on my entrepreneurial journey, I spent seven years as a school counselor. Those years were a rollercoaster of emotions, filled with both profound highs and devastating lows. Yet, these seemingly fated experiences were pivotal to inspiring the ‘work’ that I get to do now. I always knew that one day I would return to the world of education, to the children.

I’m currently working on two projects to make that a reality.

One of the projects consists of establishing a micro school alongside a mental health retreat — both cohesively dedicated to reviving K-12 education. We aim to bridge the gap between mental/physical health and education, inspiring qualified educators and wellness workers to join our cause. Our goal is to empower all educational stakeholders and partner with public schools across Connecticut.

In parallel, I'm pursuing a deeply creative writing project with aspirations for the silver screen. This creation is rooted in love for the future world leaders—our children.

We all belong to the human family and it is time to start acting as such.

Two happy children hugging, one in a striped shirt, the other in a dark sweater, with joyful expressions in a forest setting.

The world urges us, harshly at times, to conform.

To adopt and embody a strict set of rules prescribing who to be and how to live.

But what if instead, we were taught how to dream?

“An essential element of any art is risk. If you don’t take a risk, then how are you going to make something really beautiful, something that hasn’t been seen before?”

— Francis Ford Coppola
